Viewing could not be easier with City Lets Liverpool
We realise moving into your property will likely be one of the biggest decisions you will make and therefore the viewing of the property and the chance to ask questions about the property is important to you.
Our highly trained partners specialise in advising you on the spot regarding council tax, utilities, local schools and leisure activities. If there is something we cannot answer immediately we will find out for you and let you know.

Many enquiries come direct from one of our partner webs sites such as Rightmove or Zoopla. They have numbers and contact details for your enquiry direct from their web site, and will connect direct to us here at City Sales & City Lets Liverpool.
If the property you desire has been taken we will recommend similar properties in terms of location and size to the one you required. There is no need for you to accept our offer but we make it in order to help you find your new home.
Once you agree to view the property you will be asked the following questions;
How fast are you looking to move?
What is your budget?
We do this so we focus on the property and the areas more suitable to your needs.
Once you make contact or leave a message we will respond and make an appointment at a convenient time and date for you.
Only appointments that are confirmed on the day will be attended too.
At the viewing, if you are interested in taking the property £100 holding fee needs to be paid to start the application process. The application process includes credit checking which will ascertain whether your income is suitable to support your rent.
Once the credit checking commences the holding fee becomes your Application fee and it is non-refundable should you decide to pull out or should you fail.
There are four routes to tenancy.
All routes pay the same fees which are;
1/ Administration fees £100 Inc' Vat per property - Non-Refundable
2/ Reference fee per applicant £100 Inc' Vat - Non-Refundable
3/ Guarantors fee £100 per property Inc' Vat - Non-Refundable (If required).
4/ Check out fee £40 per property Inc' Vat - Non-Refundable

If you are in full time employment and have good credit score this may be the best route for you. A holding fee of £100 can be paid which will ensure you are the first to be credit checked.
An applicant using the Guarantor Scheme will NOT require a deposit. Guarantor needs to be a homeowner and working. A holding fee of £100 can be paid which will ensure you are the first to be credit checked.
This is based on a multiple of earnings to rent. If the applicant is in full-time employment and cannot get a guarantor this may be the best option to secure tenancy. A holding fee of £100 can be paid which will ensure you are the first to be credit checked.
Used by tenants who are not working and are in receipt of benefits. The Local Authority insures the tenant usually for the first twelve months and the tenants rent and any damage to the property is covered by their insurance or guarantee to pay.
Once all checks are completed we ask for balance to be paid to secure the property and confirm a move in date.
The whole processes should not exceed three weeks.
In instances where an applicant passes and is approved for a move, but wants to hold off making the move then the following applies. Rent will have to be paid in full and is non-refundable should you change your mind.
