Paying your rent; click on this link and it will take you directly to pay your rent on line -
There is no need to call us and request the card machine. It's very simple to use simply fill out all the boxes and simply click , "make payment".
You can pay by debit card or credit card.
Please be aware that a transaction charge of 1:5% +20p will be added to the total value.
Please be patient and give the page time to load as it has security features.
Paying a ref fee, a new Tenancy Agreement Fee or other fee; as above but at the drop down menu product select other and not rent and add in what you are paying for.
City Lets are notified as soon as you make payment so we no longer have to wait for the funds to clear.
Reporting a maintenance issue; click on the link below and it will take you directly to a problem solving solution.
E.g. You have an electrical problem type "lecky". A gas problem type "gas".
You can find all kinds of quick solutions to your problems to such things as damp, condensation, or leaks - give it a go.
You cannot find an answer or we failed to remedy the fault then use the chat button at the bottom right hand corner of the web site. Fire a question at us and we will try and resolve the issue for you.
Cannot get a response or it failed then firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01519280382 and ask for repairs.

You no longer have to print it off and return it by email. Simply complete the form and press submit. We now have your application.
